"When my daughter Tilly (now 10) was born, I wanted cool, quirky clothes for her—but couldn’t find any locally. I eventually discovered a small Scottish business making unique designs, and it inspired me to start my own.
With no sewing background and 20 years in publishing, I jumped into lessons. I quickly got hooked—so much that I booked one-on-one sessions with my teacher to fast-track my skills! And that’s how it all began."

House of Happy Threads is a handmade fashion brand specialising in kids and adult leggings in a variety of bold and funky designs - pure dopamine dressing with festival vibes!
Founded by disco-lover Lucy, she even has a special Disco range.
The unique designs aren’t found on the high street, they are completely unique to her brand.

Worn by all age groups from 18-80 whether at the gym, shopping, at a festival, or just feeling fabulous at home.

Everything is made to order and handmade by Lucy in her sewing studio at the bottom of the garden!
