Meetings

• Meetings take place on the first Thursday of each month at 8:00 AM.

• Exceptions: August Summer Social and December Christmas Social.

• Members attend 10 meetings per year.

• Apologies for absence are permitted for a maximum of 2 out of 10 meetings, unless exceptional circumstances apply.

• If you cannot attend, please send a representative to take your place.

• Regular absences will result in your seat being reviewed.

 Membership Fee

• £120 annually, payable on a 12‑month rolling basis via BACS transfer.

• Fee covers:

  • Refreshments at meetings

  • Venue hire

  • Website hosting, Domain name

  • Business group printed material

• Fees may be reviewed if costs exceed revenue.

• As PiB Bromley grows, professional services may be required to support this growth.

 Visitors

• We welcome new businesses and encourage members to introduce visitors.

• Visitors must complete the registration form on the website.

• A £15 payment is required prior to each meeting.

• Maximum of 2 casual visits permitted per visitor.

• Access to goods and services from like‑minded business people.

• Website directory with links back to your business website.

• Social media exposure (Instagram, Threads, Facebook).

• Business cards with QR code link to PiB network.

• A supportive, friendly, non‑pressured networking group where connections are made – and business is personal!

 Exclusivity Clause

We understand many businesses may offer more than one service. However, overlapping services can affect exclusivity.

• Please only promote services covered by your membership agreement.

• Respect that if your services overlap with another member, exclusivity applies.
